Ingredients for vegan cookies:
3 cups of flour
1 cup of vin santo or marsala
1 cup raisin
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

I apologize for my screaming child in the background, my dad discussing a scale and a calculator and my mom teaching me how to cook!! I changed to 3 cups of flour as the dough was too sticky. You can use Bertonlini baking powder to replace the vanilla extract and baking powder.
